​Each year the youth subcommittee decides upon projects to do to increase community awareness.  Projects have included:
   
- Sticker Shock Project 
   - Tie One On Campaign 

   - Middle School Fun Night  
   - St. Patrick's Day Parade Float & March   .
   - Writing to law makers


*Data Walks
This activity assists the coalition in gathering information from community leaders, members through questions related to consequences, problems and root causes for alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and opiates. Using the Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth data every other year, combined with state and national trends and observations and opinions of  the community through various community surveys, This information is then provided to sub-committees to develop work plans, outcomes and logic model culminating into a strategic plan 

*Family Fun Club Committee
Plans four family-oriented activities per year to get families playing and being active together

*Bay County HOPE
Works to decrease the non-medical use of prescription drugs as well as heroin.
